The Government's new indoor dining legislation is un-enforceable according to a Sligo/Leitrim TD.
Independent TD Marion Harkin claims that the regulations bring the law in it's entirety into disrepute.
However, The Government's insisting indoor dining will be regulated properly when it resumes on July 26th for those who are vaccinated or recovered from Covid.
There will be fines of up to €2,500 for forged vaccine documents or for premises that are not checking certs, while compliance officers from the HSE and HSA will monitor concerns about inspections and enforcement.
