Seven new special classes have been announced for Co. Roscommon schools next year. Ballyforan Mixed NS, Cloverhill NS, Ballybay Central, Camcloon NS, Naomh Micheal agus Padraig, Granlahan Girls NS and Castlerea Community School have all been included in the announcement.
It brings the number of special classes in Co. Roscommon to 48 for the 2024/25 academic year. Local Fine Gael Senator Aisling Dolan says it's important that all children get the best experience in school:
