A group opposed to the development of a windfarm in south Longford has confirmed that they intend to bring a judicial review against the approval for planning.
The 'No to Derrryadd' group has been engaged in a long-running campaign to stop the development of over twenty wind turbines by Bord na Mona Powergen.
Earlier this month An Bord Pleanala gave the project permission, despite its inspector initially advising to refuse the approval.
The group has this morning confirmed that it has engaged a solicitor in Leitrim to begin a judicial review process of the decision.
