No plans to develop childcare facility at former MBNA offices in Carrick

There are no plans to develop a childcare facility in the former MBNA offices in Carrick-on-Shannon. Fine Gael councillor Maeve Reynolds called for the council to investigate the feasibility of establishing a childcare facility in Carrick Business Campus. Leitrim County Council says it has no such plans within the next five years, but it says the proposal will be considered if a future tenant makes the request. Councillor Reynolds says she's disappointed with the response.
