A North Roscommon couple have spoken of their devastation following a break-in at their home over the weekend.
Gardaí are investigating a burglary at a property in Kingsland in Boyle overnight on Saturday, where a number of items were taken.
No arrests have yet been made, with Gardaí urging locals to be vigilant of any suspicious activity in the area.

The homeowners had been holidaying out of the county when neighbours discovered the house ransacked.
According to the owners, while the suspects did not get access to their safe, quite an amount of valuable and sentimental jewellery, along with other items were taken.
