Ireland has 126 new Gardaí.
91 men and 35 women were attested as sworn members this afternoon at Templemore Garda College in Tipperary.
They were sworn in at the Garda College in Templemore earlier, bringing to 237 the number attested this year.
The majority of those attested this afternoon will now be stationed in Dublin, followed by the East, South, and the smallest number going to the North-West.
The new recruits began their training in February with the next intake entering the College next Monday.
