Farmers or farm organisations in the Shannonside region received shared a total of over €142million in CAP payments last year.
Details released by the Department of Agriculture reveal €1.8bn was issued to 129,000 farmers or companies last year
In Longford, over 2,500 farmers hared a total of just over €33million euro under the CAP.
The biggest payment was made to Longford LCDC who received over €1.8million under the Leader Quality of life and Diversification.
In Leitrim, over 3,600 farmers shared a total of almost €43milion euro in payments, - including Leitrim LCDC which was paid €1.1million in Leader Quality of life and Diversification.
Carrick-on-Shannon based Animal health Ireland also received €460,000 under the Advisory Service, Farm Management & Relief heading.
5,575 farmers in Roscommon shared in a total of just over €66million in CAP payments last year.
Two million euro was received by Roscommon LCDC in cap payments, under the same headings as its counterparts in Longford and Leitrim.
