Over 3,700 homes and businesses in the Shannonside region remain without power this morning - three days after losing electricity due to Storm Darragh.
That includes over 2,100 in Co Leitrim, with almost 800 in Mohill, along with over 1,400 in Co Roscommon, with over 400 in Boyle.
The situation hasn't been as bad in Co Longford, with almost 200 still out of electricity.
ESB crews are working to restore power to all these properties - but some could have to wait another few days for electricity.
Drumshanbo councillor Brendan Barry says the storm had a massive impact on the area.
There have been significant water problems also, especially in Co Leitrim.
That was due to an electricity blackout at the South Leitrim Water Treatment Plant in Carrick-on-Shannon.
Councillor Barry says Uisce Eireann has been taking measures to ensure it has backup power going forward.
