Over 60 complaints were made against lawyers in the Shannonside region over the last 12 months.
That's according to a new report from the Legal Services Regulatory Authority.
Leitrim had the highest number of complaints locally at 32 while there was 22 complaints raised over solicitors in Longford.
Roscommon recorded the third lowest amount in the country at 12.
Nationally 1,130 complaints were made however the legal services watchdog deemed half of these as inadmissible.
The LSRA says 64 per cent of the complaints it received last year related to misconduct and its CEO Brian Doherty is reminding the public they're there to help with cases of alleged misconduct among legal practitioners.
