Over one million people have visited Center Parcs in Longford since it opened three years ago.
The company's only Irish-based attraction is celebrating its third birthday this weekend and has today revealed some of the statistics behind the success of the Ballymahon-based tourist offering.
Activities at Longford Forest were significantly affected by the Covid pandemic, with the attraction only partially open through 2020 and 2021 but fully re-opened when restrictions eased.
Despite this, over 1,000,000 people have visited Longford Forest, and 100,000 have also enjoyed activities at the Aqua Sana Spa on site.
3 years old already! Happy birthday @CenterParcsIE - proud that you have made your home in Ireland in #longford 🙂 https://t.co/JSwOTJp3lE
