A number of people currently occupying a property at Falsk near Strokestown in Roscommon risk being arrested in the coming days.
The occupation of a house and land at Falsk for the last two weeks is in direct defiance of orders previously granted by the High Court in favour of KBC.
The matter of the controversial property at Falsk was brought before the High Court again today when KBC bank said that despite a warning issued from the court last Friday, they remain unable to take possession of the farm.
Last month, Anthony David and Geraldine Mc Gann were arrested and brought to the High Court to answer claims they were in contempt of a court order of last year directing them to leave the property.
The three were released after they gave undertakings to leave the home and remove livestock, which they did.
The Bank told the court last week and today that a number of individuals were still on the farm and they were unable to gain possession.
Judge Leonie Reynolds warned last Friday that anyone continuing to occupy the property after 6 pm on Sunday the 1st of November could find themselves being jailed.
On being told today that the farm hasn't been vacated the Judge said she was prepared to hear KBC's application to have those currently occupying the property attached and committed to prison for contempt.
The application is to be considered by the court this Friday.
