Planning permission has been lodged for the construction of a new residential development in Longford.
The project proposes to build 30 three-bedroom two-storey houses in Aghadegnan.
The works would also consist of the development of a green open space, as well as boundary fences and walls.

The plans will be accompanied by all ancillary works, along with connections to sewer networks.
The application is due to be decided upon by county planners in the coming months.
