Planning permission has been sought for the construction of a number of potential retail and housing units in Carrick-on-Shannon.
Goldpine Partnership are seeking to the develop ground floor units with a total area of 1,348 metres squared, which can be divided into between two and seven units, at a site adjacent to Flynn's Field car park.
The proposed development will also include a podium level above with seventeen one-bed gallery housing units complete with hybrid working space.
These units will be accessible from a landscaped podium, according to the planning application.
Leitrim County Council are expected to make a decision on the project by the 6th of December while submissions can be made until the 15th of November.
