Permission sought for major upgrade of Leitrim GAA club

Planning permission has been lodged for major developments at a Leitrim GAA club,

Mohill GAA are seeking permission to construct a new Astro turf pitch with flood lighting as well as alterations to the current GAA pitch and the relocation of dug-outs, goal posts and the scoreboard.

Also included in the application is the construction of a new outdoor children's playground, new perimeter fencing, and alterations to the existing vehicular entrance

Leitrim county planners will decide on the issue towards the end of September
