Permission sought for new extension at Leitrim national school

Planning permission is being sought for a new development at a Co. Leitrim national school. The board of management at St. Patrick's National School in Drumshanbo intend to apply for planning for works at the school on the Ballinamore Road.

The proposed development includes a new single storey extension which would see two new classrooms and the removal of existing prefabricated classrooms. There are also plans to convert an existing classroom into a Special Educational Needs room and the provision of a sensory garden.
