Planning permission is being sought for the redevelopment of a former Bank of Ireland in Roscommon. The application seeks to restore the former bank on Main Street in Boyle. The works proposed include the provision of two town houses as well as a ground floor commercial unit.
Included in the submission is the development of a new traditional shopfront, the restoration of rear outbuildings, landscaping and improvement works. The application has been received by county planners and is due to be decided upon by the end of March.
