Planning lodged for large housing development in Carrick on Shannon

Planning permission has been lodged for a major housing development in Leitrim.

Leitrim County Council are seeking to construct 18 new houses at Kilboderry in Carrick on Shannon.

The development would consist of 12 two bed houses in 2 terraced blocks and 6 one bedroom houses in 2 blocks.

Also included in the application is a new entrance, car parking spaces, boundary walls and fences, private open spaces and footpaths.

Submissions in respect of the development can be made up until the 11th of October
