Planning permission has been lodged for the change of use of a Roscommon Garage into a new test centre for commercial vehicles.
CCA Motors Ltd in Ardshallagh More are seeking the permission for the HCVs and LCVs testing development from Roscommon County Council.
Plans also include the provision of a new Garda Technical Room, for the examination of vehicles.

The application is seeking the refurbishment and extension of the existing garage premises including new reception, offices, waiting areas and service bay.
Roscommon planners will decide on the issue in July.
