Planning permission has been lodged for the provision of 21 two-storey homes within a Leitrim village.
F.R.A. McLoughlin Civils Limited is seeking the development at Clooncolry in Dromod.
Plans for the site include the construction of 12 homes consisting of 6 four-bedroom terraced houses, 4 semi-detached four and 2 semi-detached four-bedroom houses.
One of the semi-detached four-bedroom homes is designed to be a Bed and Breakfast.
The application includes plans for the completion of 9 partially constructed homes from the subfloor level from a previous planning permission.
The development also seeks to complete a communal green area, new service roads and pedestrian paths.
Leitrim County Planners will make a decision on the project in October.
