Planning permission has been lodged for major developments at a Leitrim GAA club.
Fenagh St Caillin’s GAA Club have applied to Leitrim County Council for retention permission for a range of works at its location in Keshcarrigan.
Included in the application is the provision of a multi-use games area, the upgrading and extension of the existing training field with goal posts and goal stop netting, and new floodlighting on the main pitch and training pitch.
Also included is retention permission for a part one or two storey extension to existing clubrooms incorporating a multi-function room, fitness suite, toilets, changing room, entrance foyer, kitchen, meeting room and plantroom.
Leitrim County Planners will decide on the issue in September.
