Vantage Tower's Limited have applied to Roscommon County Council for the infrastructure at Ardcarne and Sheegorey in Boyle.
The application for Ardcarne calls for a 24 metre lattice structure on a 1.2 metre high raised foundation together with antennae and dishes.
The plans call for the removal of a 15 metre high lattice tower on site and the locating of the new tower in the existing compound.
The plans for Sheegorey in Boyle are similar, with Vantage Tower Limited removing an existing 15 metre tower and replacing it with a 25 metre high mast.
Roscommon County planners will decide on both applications before the end of the year.
