Planning permission for developments at a former mineral water bottling plant in Roscommon has been appealed.
The application by Ross Engineering limited called for the retention of the change of use of a former bottling plant in Roxborough to a light industrial unit.
Also included is the construction of a single storey extension to the building to include a reception area, office space, and a new machinery storage shed to the rear of the building.
Permission was granted by Roscommon County Council with 23 conditions attached, however it has now been appealed to the higher planning authority.
The third party submission claims that some constructed buildings on the site are unauthorised, therefore permission should be overturned.
A decision on the issue is due in April.
