A new housing development in Carrick on Shannon has been given the green light.
Advanced Volumetric Buildings limited has been granted planning permission to construct 2 new semi-detached houses in the development known as Dún Rí.
The planning includes permission to provide living accomodation at attic level along with the connection to all existing local authority services.

Leitrim county planners granted the permission with 9 conditions attached including that an 8,000 euro development charge be paid.
