Permission is being sought to construct a new housing development in Four Roads, Roscommon.
Simon Coyle has applied for the permission for the homes at Carrickngat near the village.
The plans include the demolition of a derelict building, the construction of 8 detached dwellings, the installation of a waste water treatment facility and connection to public utilities.
Also included in the application is the provision of a public path fronting the site along the R357 road, a refuse collection storage area and the creation of a new entrance onto the public road.
The permission will be decided on by Roscommon Planners at the end of May.
