Planning permission is being sought for the construction of 9 houses in Stonepark Longford.
David & Gerard Smyth have applied Longford County Council for the units to be constructed at Silver Birches, Dunbeggan in Stonepark.
Plans consist of four 4 bedroom semi detached houses and five two storey detached units at the site.

Works will include connection to existing services which connect to the existing estate in which the development would be located.
County planners will make a decision on the application in December.
