Plans have been re-submitted for a new apartment building on Longford's Market Square. Mynah Unlimited had applied to redevelop a site on the Market Square in the town that had previously been designated as a hotel/retail development. The plans for the four storey apartment building include 10 two bed apartments and private open spaces provided in the form of balconies.
The proposed development also includes elevation alterations, bin and bike storage and all associated site works. The applicant was refused planning permission by Longford County Council for a similar development in May. Local planners will now decide on the new application, with a decision due in September.
