Planning sought for construction of new housing development in North Longford

Planning permission is being sought for the construction of a new housing development in North Longford. Sean Gallagher Business Matters Limited submitted an application to construct 13 homes at Church Quarter in Granard. Plans consist of 10 three bed, two storey houses and three 2 bedroom bungalows in the North Longford town.

Also included in the application is a new entrance, boundary fences, car parking and an open green space. County planners will decide on the issue in June.
