Planning permission is being sought for a new housing development in Co. Roscommon. Daire Neary is seeking planning to construct 10 two-storey houses in Elphin. The development would include a mix of detached and semi-detached houses in the Millstream area. Roscommon County Planners are due to decide on the application at the end of October.
