Planning permission has been lodged for a new apartment building in Longford Town. Kerns Ltd on behalf of Shannon Bros Longford Ltd are seeking permission for the demolition of an existing unused industrial building on Killashee Street.
The applicant plans to construct a three storey residential building consisting of five 2 bed apartments and five 1 bed units. The development would also include external private and public amenity areas, new footpath as well as EV charge point and bicycle parking. County planners will decide on the application in the coming months.
