ArchEngTech Consulting on behalf of Tom Crosby are seeking permission for the 28 new homes in Clondara. The plans include the demolition of two out buildings at a site adjacent to Cois Abhann in the village and the construction of the apartments and houses. The apartments will consist of four one bed apartments, eight two bed apartments, six three bed apartments.
The application includes eight semi detached three bed houses, one four bed home and a singe bed unit. Also included in the plans are the construction of an estate maintenance storage building and sewerage treatment tank and a public open space.
