Planning sought for new housing development in North Longford

Planning is being sought for a new housing development in a North Longford village.
Philip Rogers has applied for planning permission to construct 22 homes in Drumlish .

The proposed development includes 20 two bedroom single storey semi-detached houses and 2 two bedroom single storey detached type houses.
The development would also see the construction of an entrance from the adjacent Mill Race Park Estate, boundary fences and green open space.
Longford County Planners are due to make a decision on the application on the 17th of January.
