Planning sought for new housing in Edgeworthstown

Planning permission is being sought for a new housing development in county Longford.

John McCarthy is applying for planning to construct 35 new houses at Bracklin Road in Edgeworthstown.

The plans include 20 three bedroom, 2 storey houses, 11 four bedroom, 2 storey houses and 4 two bedroom bungalows.

There will also be vehicle and pedestrian access from Bracklin Road and from a new junction off the Bracklin Park Link Road.

The development also includes 70 new car parking spaces.
