Plans have been lodged for the construction of a 24 metre high telecom mast in Co. Roscommon. Vantage Towers Limited are seeking the go ahead for the infrastructure at St. Barry's GAA Club, Tarmonbarry. The plans call for a 24 metre lattice telecom structure together with antennae, dishes and associated telecommunications equipment.
The proposed plans also include pitch floodlighting and associated ground works along with removing an existing 18m high floodlight structure. Roscommon County Planners are set to decide on the application in August.
