Planning permission is being sought for the construction of a new housing development in North Roscommon.
Marc Cunningham is seeking to progress the build at Knockglass, Ballinameen in Boyle.
Plans include the removal of an existing shed and mobile home on the property and the construction of the 10 semi detached homes.
