Plans have been lodged to develop apartments on the site of a derelict pub in Castlerea. Marcos Silveira has applied to Roscommon County Council for the change of use of the pub on St Patrick's Street to residential use. The application calls for the development of nine apartments on the site of the former pub.
The plans also include alterations to the elevations of the business and the construction of an extension. County Planners will decide on the application next month.
