Plans have been submitted for the development of 10 new homes in Ballinamore.
An application submitted to Leitrim County Council is seeking the construction of the housing development at Pairc Fea. Park Road in Ballinamore.
The development is being progressed by Frank Maxwell, with the plans showing the provision of 10 houses comprising of four bed, three story semi detached houses.

Also included in the application is the development of a site entrance, access road and boundary fencing.
Leitrim County Planners will decide on the issue in July.
