Plans submitted for major housing development in Roscommon Town

Plans have been lodged for a major housing development near Roscommon Town.

Glenman Corporation Limited have submitted a planning application for over 100 houses to be built in Lisnamult.

The project is part of an existing housing estate on the N63 leading into Roscommon Town.

Plans include the construction of the 112 houses on the site adjacent to the Abbeyville Housing development.

The application also seeks all ancillary site works and connections to utilities to be carried out.

County Planners will decide on the application in October.
