Planning permission is being sought for change of use of the former Ulster Bank building in Granard.
The former bank on Market street in the town closed in 2014 as part of a nationwide reduction in Ulster Bank services.
Plans to change the use of the building, which is a protected structure, to shared office space has been lodged by Paul Belton.
The proposed development would include the alterations to the building envelope and internal partitions as well as an upgrade to the mechanical and electrical infrastructure of the property.
County planners are due to make a decision on the application in May.
