Polish Independence Day celebrations are taking place in South Roscommon today.
The festivities are being organised by the Midlands Polish Community.
The event promises to be a day packed with activities, including an Independence Run, performances, a raffle, as well as face painting.
Traditional food and music will be on offer to give attendees a taste of the Polish culture.
The activities are now starting at the Drum Community Centre and will conclude with a fire show at 4pm.
