A popular Carrick-on-Shannon charity shop is set to move premises in the coming days.
The St. Vincent De Paul outlet is relocating to a new property on Main Street directly opposite AIB.
The shop will now have a second floor which will allow the charity to items for special seasonal events such as Christmas, Debs, Back to School amongst others.
Speaking on Let's Talk earlier Manager Lisa Mulligan hopes the move will be complete by the end of the week.
"Then you have the shop side which brings in the much needed funds so all the money from anything we sell in the shop goes straight back into the community to help those who are in need. The shop is moving to the heart of Carrick-on-Shannon town centre. We are opposite AIB bank in a fantastic location, a lovely, new, fresh premises. If we're not open by the end of this week, we'll be open early next week".
