Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe is reporting high levels of overcrowding this morning.

22 patients are currently waiting to be admitted, with 7 waiting in the emergency department and 15 on wards.

Elsewhere, 37 patients are waiting for admission in Sligo University Hospital and Galway University Hospital respectively.

While 15 are waiting in the Midlands Regional Hospital Mullingar.

No patients are currently without a bed in Tullamore.
