Gardaí in Roscommon investigating the death of a woman in Roscommon yesterday have confirmed that
a post mortem has been completed today by the Office of the State Pathologist. The results of the post mortem are not being released for operational purposes.
The young woman, who was in her 30's, is understood to have been from the local area, and her death has caused widespread shock in the community.
Gardai say they are continuing to investigate all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the womans body in a private residence in Kilglass, Co. Roscommon yesterday morning.
