A post-mortem is due today on the body of a man killed in Blanchardstown on Christmas Eve.
Another man was serious injured during the incident.
Gardaí are continuing to investigate this incident which happened at Browne's Steakhouse on the Main Street in Blanchardstown at around 8pm on Sunday.
A man in his 20s, believed to be the gunman was killed while a second man in his 40s continues to receive treatment for gunshot wounds.
His condition remains serious.
A post-mortem is to take place today at the City Morgue, Whitehall by the State Pathologist.
An incident room has been established at Blanchardstown Garda Station with a Family Liaison Officer appointed to both families.
Gardaí are asking for people to stop sharing any videos of the incident and immediate aftermath which are in circulation on social media and messaging apps.
