The HSE are encouraging the public to look out for symptoms of measles
It comes after the health service issued a public health alert for possible measles exposure locally yesterday.
Anyone who was travelling on the 115 Bus Éireann route between Dublin and Mullingar or Mullingar to Dublin between Tuesday, 30th of January and Monday, 5th of February may have been exposed to the virus.
The HSE have also advised that a restaurant in Mullingar Business Park was affected on Monday, 29th of January between the hours of 2 pm and 4.30 pm.
The public are being urged to monitor potential symptoms for 21 days from the time of exposure and, if affected, to phone ahead before attending healthcare settings.
