The quick action by Longford Fire Service in tackling a blaze at Grafton Court this afternoon saved lives. That's according to local councillor Kevin Hussey after the commercial and residential area of the town suffered its second fire in two months. This afternoon's incident is being treated as an accident after the fire began in the kitchen of a takeaway. Dramatic footage online show a number of people fleeing a large fireball erupting from the door of Pizza Max. It's understood two people were injured, suffering minor burns in the fire.
