A total of 52 refugees are due to arrive in the Riverwalk apartments in Castlerea on June 7th, according to a Fianna Fáil senator.
The confirmed arrival date comes ahead of a protest against the plans in the west Roscommon town on Sunday at 1pm.
Officials from the Department of Integration are due to meet politicians within the next week to discuss the plans.
