Locals had planned to march on Sunday calling for extra supports ahead of the arrival of International Protection applicants.

A process seeking expressions of interest for the provision of modular units for those fleeing the war in Ukraine began in November 2023.

According to the Department of Integration, the B&B will host 24 people consisting of families seeking International Protection.
