The relics will be in Ballaghaderreen, Athlone, Sligo and Kiltoom in south Roscommon over the next six weeks.

The relics of St Bernadette of Lourdes are arriving in Knock this morning, as part of their historic tour around Ireland.

They will be at the 12 noon and 3pm Masses in the shrine today.

St Bernadette saw the Virgin Mary 18 times at the Grotto in Lourdes in 1858.
