Revenue seize contraband at a location in the Midlands

Revenue officers seized a significant amount of contraband at a location in the Shannonside region in the past week. They confirmed in a statement this evening that contraband with an estimated value of €332,000 was seized in operations carried out in Dublin, the Midlands and Rosslare.

Included in the seizure was approximately 11.66 kgs of herbal cannabis, with an estimated value of €233,000. Revenue say that investigations into all seizures are ongoing.
