Data compiled by the group shows that Monaghan has the lowest conviction rate nationwide of 3.5 percent, with just 19 people convicted out of 542 cases.
That's followed closely by Cavan, with just 40 out of 850 prosecutions resulting in a conviction. In Leitrim 13 percent of court proceedings finished with a conviction with 28 cases successfully prosecuted out of 222.
22 percent of motorists caught driving without a license were convicted in Roscommon, resulting in 45 drivers sentenced out of 2014.
Longford had the highest level of convictions in the Shannonside Northern Sound Region with 138 motorists found successfully prosecuted out of 605, a level of 23 percent.
Nationally, Kerry had the highest conviction rate at 30 percent, with over a thousand court proceedings taking place over the three-year period.
